PU & PVC Artificial Leather Substrate

Artificial leather substrate, also called synthetic leather base fabric, is a kind of basic material used for manufacturing artificial leather. It is a fabric made by combining synthetic fiber and textile, which is often used to make various artificial leather products: PVC leather, PU leather, semi-PU leather, etc.

Artificial leather base fabric is usually divided into knitted fabric, woven fabric and non-woven fabric.
Our company mainly produces knitted base fabric, including warp knitted leather base fabric and weft knitted leather base fabric.

Nowadays, the mainstream leather base fabric is generally made of polyester, which is interwoven with polyester DTY and polyester FDY, and can be directly used in the production of artificial leather after finishing by dyeing and brushing treatment.

Our artificial leather base fabric can be produced according to customer’s requirements for tear strength, color transfer, softness, etc.
